This pleated round Zafu meditation cushion, traditionally associated with Zen meditation, is filled with your choice of buckwheat hulls or kapok. Perfect height to allow yourself to be seated comfortably cross legged over long periods of time for yoga or meditation.

Natural, biodegradable filling - Kapok or buckwheat hull
Kapok, a plant fiber, will not lump or mat like cotton and is more resilient. Kapok provides firm support, while buckwheat hulls conform to the shape of your body. The air pockets between the buckwheat hulls permit airflow to keep you cool.
Adjustable firmness / buckwheat
The zipper under the deepest pleat of the Deluxe Zafu insert allows you to adjust the amount of buckwheat in your cushion to suit your preference for firmness.
