NEMTC guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectation, please follow these procedures within 30 days from the date of purchase to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit:

Call 1-800-545-8497, and ask for Customer Service. After speaking with a representative, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Include a note stating purchaser's name, address, order number, and reason for return. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number.

Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or UPS (NEMTC will not refund actual shipping costs from UPS label or postage on damaged merchandise).

Send returns to: NEMTC, 20 Bridge Street, Manchester, NH 03101 (NEMTC does not accept CODs).

Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.

A 10% Restocking fee applies on all returned tables, chairs and custom orders. Shipping will not be refunded on orders unless a mis-shipment took place. Please use the professional advice of our staff to help in your decision if you are unsure.
